Using Soreno
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login credentials confidential and use Soreno only for lawful purposes related to preparing for interviews. We may update or discontinue features to improve the experience.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew according to the cadence you select at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file. You can cancel renewals at any time; access continues through the end of the current period.
All prices are shown before applicable taxes. Refund requests are evaluated case by case—reach out to our team if something is not working for you.
Content and intellectual property
Soreno grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal preparation. All software, copy, and learning materials remain the property of Soreno. You agree not to resell access, share proprietary content, or copy simulations outside of your personal use.
